Mili’s areas of interest include disordered eating, body-related shame, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. She takes a humanistic, strength-based approach and pulls from various modalities, including CBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, to help support clients compassionately, empathetically, and non-judgmentally.

About Me:

She takes a humanistic, strength-based approach and pulls from various modalities, including CBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, to help support clients compassionately, empathetically, and non-judgmentally. Mili aims to work collaboratively with clients to determine a tailored therapeutic approach to promote their self-development and overall well-being. As a therapist, Mili recognizes the significance of the individualized nature of therapy and looks forward to working with clients to achieve their personal therapeutic goals.

Sunday daytime (in person/virtual), Wednesday and Thursday evenings (virtual)

Rate: $120 (50 minutes)

On a personal note...
Outside of psychotherapy, Mili enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and taking her puppy Josie on long hikes and camping

Education and Experience:

Mili is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She also holds the following degrees:

- Masters in Counselling Psychology - Yorkville University 

- Graduate Honours Certificate in Concurrent Disorders - Mohawk College 

- BA in Sociology - McMaster University â€‹
