Mili’s areas of interest include disordered eating, body-related shame, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and emotional dysregulation. She takes a humanistic, strength-based approach and pulls from various modalities, including CBT, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy, to help support clients compassionately, empathetically, and non-judgmentally.

Mili aims to work collaboratively with clients to determine a tailored therapeutic approach to promote their self-development and overall well-being. As a therapist, Mili recognizes the significance of the individualized nature of therapy and looks forward to working with clients to achieve their personal therapeutic goals.

Outside of psychotherapy, Mili enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and taking her puppy Josie on long hikes and camping
Education and Experience:
Mili is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She also holds the following degrees:
- Masters in Counselling Psychology - Yorkville University
- Graduate Honours Certificate in Concurrent Disorders - Mohawk College
